Toronto and Vancouver advised TELUS Corporation on its C$1bn debt offering

Our Toronto and Vancouver offices advised TELUS Corporation on its completed public offering of C$1bn in aggregate principal amount of new senior unsecured notes, comprising C$1bn aggregate principal 3.30% Series CY notes, due on May 2, 2029. The transaction reached financial close on April 3rd, 2019.

The notes were offered through a syndicate of agents co-led by CIBC World Markets Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., and Scotia Capital Inc.
