Montreal advised SNC-Lavalin on a completed private offering of C$525m three series of debentures

Our Montreal office advised SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. in connection with its private offering of (i) CDN$150,000,000 of its Floating Rate Series 2 Debentures due March 4, 2019, (ii) CDN$175,000,000 of its Floating Rate Series 3 Debentures due March 2, 2021, and (iii) CDN$200,000,000 of its 3.235% Series 4 Debentures due March 2, 2023. The distribution of the Debentures was effected on March 2, 2018.
