RNC Closes C$9.2m Bought Deal Financing

Counsel to Royal Nickel Corporation in its closing of its previously announced bought deal private placement offering of 27,059,500 units of RNC, including the full exercise of the over-allotment option by the underwriters of the Offering, at a price of $0.34 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $9,200,230.
