Biography
Michael Black is a banking lawyer based in London. He focuses on secured corporate lending transactions with specific emphasis on asset-based lending and leveraged finance (especially in the technology sector). He also has extensive experience in restructuring and real estate finance. Michael acts primarily for banks and other financial institutions on bilateral and syndicated transactions both domestic and cross-border.
