Biography

Ryan Searfoorce is a senior counsel in the Houston office and a member of the finance team. Ryan is active in the representation of commercial banks, finance companies, funds, other lenders and borrowers in all areas of lending, including senior and junior secured credit facilities, leveraged financings, cross-border financings, swap transactions and cross-border transactions. He also represents clients in distressed debt transactions, intercreditor matters, UCC Article 9 sales, workouts and out-of-court restructurings.
