Norton Rose Fulbright advises Fattal Hotels Group on expansion in Hamburg

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Leonardo Hotels, the European division of the Fattal Hotels Group, on the development of a hotel in Hamburg. The new lifestyle hotel brand of Leonardo Hotels will open in City South Hamburg in summer 2020.

The hotel opens nearby the central station with a floor space of 9,100 square meters and will be divided into three areas. The six upper floors are reserved for a total of 236 rooms. The ground floor will have an open lobby with a bar and lounge as well as a restaurant across 280 square meters. In addition, the hotel offers an area of approximately 150 square meters for conference rooms and events.

The Norton Rose Fulbright team in Munich was led by real estate partner Maren Stölting and included associate Jürgen Schlinkmann (real estate) as well as partner Andrea Spellerberg and legal transaction specialist Anne Lengtat (real estate finance).
