Simon Lazzari is an insurance regulatory lawyer based in Paris. He focuses on regulatory insurance advice to insurance/reinsurance industry clients.

Simon advises French and international financial institutions on insurance/reinsurance regulatory aspects related to domestic and cross-border transactions, including corporate reorganisations, share acquisitions and disposals, asset transfers, portfolio transfers, strategic partnerships as joint ventures or prudential group structures. He also provides advice on legal and regulatory matters relating to ongoing insurance business/distribution business, including governance, conduct of business, product regulation and compliance.

Simon joined the Paris office in January 2020. Previously he worked as senior manager in an international law firm integrated to a Big Four audit and consulting firm, and prior to that in international and niche law firms.
