Biography
Anna Gunn is a corporate and commercial lawyer based in Calgary with a focus on energy and infrastructure.
Anna has experience with corporate governance, public and private M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and general corporate matters.
Anna joined us in 2022 as a summer student and completed her articles with us in 2024. During her articles, Anna completed a secondment with a Canadian energy company and worked on a variety of corporate and commercial matters.
