Edmond Percheron is a project finance lawyer based in Paris. 

As such, Edmond played an active role in drafting financing documentation, in particular security documents subject to OHADA law, and participated in the negotiation of several project financings. This experience has enabled him to acquire in-depth knowledge of banking and finance law and to be thoroughly familiar with the regulatory framework of the OHADA Uniform Acts.

Before joining us, Edmond worked in several leading international law firms, as well as in the legal department of a major investment bank.
