Norton Rose Fulbright advises on PLN 1 billion financing to Cyfrowy Polsat S.A.

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised UniCredit Bank AG’s London branch as agent and lenders on the PLN 1 billion incremental facility made available to Cyfrowy Polsat S.A., one of the Grupa Polsat brands.

Grupa Polsat is the largest media and telecommunications group in Poland and provides its 5.7 million customers with access to a wide range of services, including internet access, mobile telecommunications and digital satellite TV. The Groups comprises the following companies and brands: Cyfrowy Polsat, Polkomtel, Telewizja Polsat, Netia and IPLA.
