Farmida Bi named as next Chair of Norton Rose Fulbright LLP

Norton Rose Fulbright LLP is pleased to announce that Farmida Bi has been elected by the partnership to be the next Chair.

Farmida, a partner in the banking and finance team and Head of Islamic Finance, Europe, will become Chair with effect from 1 May 2018, for a three year term. Her appointment will follow the expiry of the term of the current Chair, Stephen Parish.

Farmida will be involved in helping to steer the business through its 2020 business transformation program and embedding the global platform as well as supporting the firm’s international clients and practices. A London-based partner, Farmida has specialised in capital markets and Islamic finance for more than 20 years.
