TNB & Partners appoints Kresna Panggabean as a corporate partner in Jakarta

Indonesian law firm TNB & Partners, which operates in association with Norton Rose Fulbright in Australia, announced today that Kresna Panggabean has been appointed as a partner.

Mr Panggabean has 18 years of experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer in Indonesia. He represents a diverse range of international and local companies across the energy and resources, technology and healthcare sectors, advising on M&A transactions, regulatory issues, compliance strategies, and general corporate affairs.
