Thanthiti Seneewong Na Ayudhaya is a corporate lawyer based in Bangkok.

- Advising a global healthcare services company on a joint venture agreement and drafting a master lease agreement for the operation of the joint venture’s business in connection with its investment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Advising Thailand’s leading oil and gas company and its affiliated company in the acquisition of an air filter manufacturing company incorporated in South Korea and their investment in a 50-50 joint venture with the target company to be incorporated.
- Advising Gurin Energy Pte. Limited on the joint venture in three special purpose vehicles in Thailand with its partner WHA Utilities and Power Public Company Limited in relation to the development and operation of solar farm projects in Ratchaburi Province and Kanchanaburi Province with a total capacity of 128.63 MW and a total project investment value of approximately USD 110.5 million.
- Advising Thailand’s leading energy company in relation to the proposed joint venture investment with a total project equity value of approximately USD 224 million in relation to the development of over 3,000 MW LNG power project in Vietnam.
- Advising a leading company in the petrochemical industry in China in conducting legal due diligence and preparing a high-level red-flag report in connection with a cross-border transaction involving the acquisition of a 50% interest in a refinery company in Saudi Arabia and a 50% interest in a petrochemical company in China.
- Advising a global data and analytics company on foreign direct investment restrictions and the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary in Thailand to acquire the Thai assets.
- Advising a Singapore-registered company on a comprehensive review of Thailand's Emergency Decree on Digital Assets Businesses and its related sub-regulations, including proposed draft notifications amending the regulations of digital asset business operators in Thailand, with the aim to explore the regulatory framework from a Thai law perspective, including reviewing SEC notifications, liaising with the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization, facilitating multi-party consultations, and drafting key documents, to facilitate the launch of an innovative, decentralized eco-commodity trading platform for carbon credits in Thailand, as well as advising its related corporate and investor arrangements in Thailand and Singapore.
- Leading a vendor legal due diligence for a global fashion retail company in relation to the proposed disposal of a significant stake in the business operating with over 250 stores and revenues of approximately USD 600 million in the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf.
- Advising a leading global consulting, construction engineering and operating firm in relation to the proposed indirect acquisition of one of Thailand’s leading architectural and engineering company, which was part of the proposed acquisition in Asia with a total turnover of the group of approximately USD 125 million per year.
- Advising a global payments company on the incorporation of its Thai subsidiary to provide tourist tax refund services, including liaising with the client and the Ministry of Commerce, and reviewing and revising the revenue sharing agreement.
