Join us for our bi-annual San Antonio lunch and learn session where we will explore the latest developments and trending business practices since our last program in October. 

This presentation will highlight everything you need to know to better prepare you and your business as we head into the second quarter of the year. You will not want to miss it.

• Legislative update – The 86th Texas Legislature is in session, what to expect in the months to come? 
• Federal and State Court update – What’s happened thus far and what can employers expect for the rest of the year? 
• Arbitration/Mediation – Best practices concerning a dispute.

Continuing education

We have applied for Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credit with the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of 1.50 hours.

We will apply to the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy for 1.50 hours of CPE credit. We have registered with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy as a CPE sponsor. This registration does not constitute an endorsement by the Board as to the quality of our CPE program.

We have applied for 1.50 recertification credit hours toward PHR and SPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
