Sarah is a Partner and the Chief Transformation Officer for Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific (EMEAPAC). 

Sarah oversees and manages the firm’s business change and legal transformation functions across multi-disciplinary teams focussed on driving operational efficiency and enhancing client service through innovative service delivery, digital solutions and the application of generative AI. Sarah is a member of the firm’s EMEAPAC Management Committee and Global Management Committee, working closely with the executive management team and Chief Operating Officer to shape and execute firm-wide strategy.  

Prior to her current role, Sarah was a Corporate M&A Partner advising on complex cross-border transactions and she also spent many years advising Norton Rose Fulbright on international structuring arrangements (including alliances and geographic expansion). With a breadth of experience in both practising law as a partner and holding various business operations roles, Sarah brings a deep understanding of all aspects of law firm operations to her current position.
