Biography
Kiasha is a commercial litigation and dispute resolution lawyer in our Johannesburg office. She obtained her LLB Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and her Masters Degree in Human Rights Law from the University of South Africa, specialising in administrative law, human rights litigation and international human rights law.
She commenced articles with the firm in 2015 and was admitted in 2017.
Kiasha manages the South African team that supports the London office in respect of UK aviation litigation and alternative dispute resolution including delay claims as part of Norton Rose Fulbright's global Transform initiative.

- general insurance litigation – She has experience in general insurance and related litigation and dispute resolution including home and motor insurance, engineering disputes, disputes in connection with performance guarantees in the construction industry, and white collar crime (with emphasis on fraud and corruption).
