Johannes Brehm is a white-collar crime and compliance lawyer based in Frankfurt/Main.

Johannes advises both national and international companies on all issues concerning white-collar crime, during preliminary proceedings, in cases of administrative and legal proceedings and on compliance and anti-fraud measures.

One focus of Johannes' work is advising banks and industrial clients on German and international regulations in the areas of financial sanctions and money laundering prevention. In addition, he has advised clients on internal investigations, including allegations in connection with criminal law, and on compliance issues in the context of M&A transactions.

Johannes studied law at Julius-Maximilians-University in Würzburg. During his studies and legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Bamberg, Johannes worked for several leading international law firms in Munich and Frankfurt/Main.
