Biography
Martyna is an energy and infrastructure lawyer based in Warsaw.
She focuses on transactions in the energy sector but has also experience in advising on construction law, real estate law and grid connection conditions.
Before joining the firm, Martyna worked at a Polish law firm.
She is a trainee advocate and a graduate of the University of Warsaw (Faculty of Law and Administration).

- Advised a consortium of Polish financial institutions, comprising mBank and Bank Ochrony Środowiska, on a long-term refinancing facility of PLN 227 million (EUR 53.5 million) granted to special purpose vehicles controlled by Atsinaujinančios Energetikos Investicijos, a closed-end investment fund managed by Lords LB Asset Management.
- Advised mBank on refinancing of Sunly’s existing indebtedness towards Eiffel Investment Group relating to grid deposits for 3.5 GW of planned photovoltaic (PV) and battery storage projects developed by its subsidiaries and financing of payment for further grid deposits for PV and battery storage projects in Poland.
- Advised mBank and Bank Millennium on the PLN 400 million (EUR 94.12 million) refinancing of an operating 175 MWp PV portfolio located in Poland and sponsored by ib vogt GmbH.
- Advised PKO Bank Polski on the EUR 90 million financing for the development of the Annopol I onshore wind farm in Poland.
