The National Development and Reform Commission of the People’s Republic of China recently started a month long consultation on the proposed new foreign debt approval registration system replacing the current foreign debt registration system under NDRC Circular No.2044.
In this article, the authors shared their insights and observations on the draft regulation. The consultation ends on 26 September 2022.
