Projects team represents Belltown Power in platform sale to Engie

Norton Rose Fulbright represented Belltown Power USA Development, LLC (Belltown Power) in a platform sale of more than 6 GW of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects to international integrated energy company Engie North America.
Located in ERCOT, PJM, MISO and WECC, the portfolio consists of 33 project companies, each developing one or more utility-scale solar and/or energy storage facilities across the US.
Belltown Power specializes in the greenfield development of solar PV and energy storage projects. Norton Rose Fulbright has served as the company's longtime counsel, representing Belltown Power in the sale of more than 3 GW of projects prior to this transaction with Engie.
