Joe Lee is an antitrust and competition lawyer based in our Hong Kong office. He also regularly works in our Tokyo office.

Joe advises Asia-based and multinational organisations and companies on general competition compliance matters, cartel investigations and multijurisdictional merger filings across various industrial sectors, including: aviation; shipping; chemicals; logistics and infrastructure; hospitality; fast-moving consumer goods; confectionary; information technology; financial services; insurance; public utilities; energy; heavy machinery; and real estate and property management.

Joe's experience also extends to dispute resolution matters including regulatory investigations, commercial litigation, and international arbitration.

Joe graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Hong Kong and holds a master degree (LLM) in competition law from King's College London. He was admitted as a solicitor in the High Court of Hong Kong in 2016.  

Joe is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
