Heidi is an Associate in the Employment and Labour Team at Norton Rose Fulbright South Africa Inc. based in Cape Town. She assists both the Cape Town and Johannesburg offices.

She is involved in litigation in the CCMA, Bargaining Councils, Labour Court and Labour Appeal Court. In addition to her involvement in litigation, she has assisted in providing general employment and labour law advice which includes opinion work, research, contract and policy drafting and review to ensure compliance with legislative changes, providing regulatory advice and investigatory work.

Heidi obtained BA Law (cum laude) and LLB (cum laude) degrees from the University of Pretoria and served her articles at Norton Rose Fulbright from January 2021 to January 2023 after which she was retained.
