Norton Rose Fulbright appoints Doug Buchanan as Global Head Infrastructure and Resources

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright today announced the appointment of New York and Vancouver lawyer Doug Buchanan as its Global Head of Infrastructure and Resources. Buchanan will also serve as the firm's Global Co-Head of Energy, Infrastructure and Resources alongside Paris partner Anne Lapierre and Houston partner John Mauel.

Doug Buchanan, who previously served as Norton Rose Fulbright's Co-Head of North American Infrastructure, said:

Before joining Norton Rose Fulbright in 2018, Buchanan served as co-head of the global infrastructure and project finance group at a New York-based international law firm.
