·      BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management (REIM) on the acquisition of 25 Victoria Street, a grade-A building in central London, for £42.5m, marking the first UK acquisition of its European Impact Property Fund (EIPF).

·      Civitas Investment Management Limited - leading a team on the £200m acquisition of a portfolio of specialist schools and children’s homes from CareTech.

·      Caleus – acting for a Berlin based investment firm on its first acquisition in the UK with the purchase of 19-24 Dering Street, a prime mixed-use freehold building in Mayfair, London W1 from Legal & General.

·      Funding Affordable Homes – advising on the forward funding of 173 affordable homes at Island Point, London Borough of Tower Hamlets from developer, City Pride Limited. The development comprised 109 social rented; 33 affordable rented; and 31 shared ownership homes.

·      Prudential – advising on the £82m sale and leaseback of Prudential’s 106,000 square feet headquarters at 12 Arthur Street, London to CIT Group and Oman's State General Reserve Fund.

·      PE fund – advising a PE fund on their bid to acquire the £1.46bn Network Rail commercial estate portfolio.
