Biography
Victoria is a corporate finance lawyer in the technology and innovation and financial institutions teams. She joined the firm in 2010, having previously worked at a London magic circle firm and a US law firm.
Victoria has advised on a variety of international and domestic corporate finance transactions, including private and public M&A, joint ventures, private equity investments, restructurings and general corporate and commercial matters.
She is co-head of the payments practice in London and a member of our global FinTech group. She is a regular speaker on artificial intelligence, distributed ledgers, blockchain technology, smart contracts, IOT and technology more broadly.
Victoria is also co-PMI lead in London for post-merger integration and restructuring mandates. Victoria spent six months on secondment to HSBC's global restructuring team.
