Biography
Maciej Dubiel is a corporate and M&A lawyer based in Warsaw. He focuses on advising a variety of foreign and domestic investors on acquisitions and corporate organizational restructurings, as well as on tax and employment issues and data protection aspects.
Maciej has participated in several due diligence reviews of companies acting in various sectors, and of properties and contracts.
He joined the firm in August 2015.

- Advised Lantmännen Energi AB on the acquisition of 100 percent of shares in Ekobenz from Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. and minority shareholders.
- Advised Accession Capital Partners (ACP) on its mezzanine and minority investment in POLMED S.A., one of Poland’s largest private healthcare groups.
- Advised MY Park, s. r. o. (MY Park), a retail property investor and developer, part of the Reticulum Group, on its successful acquisition of the A Centrum retail park portfolio from BHM Group.
- Advised Velvet CARE on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Italian Paper and Private Label Tissue.
- Advised Santander Bank Polska on financing for a borrower within the 7R group for the construction of a warehouse in Gdańsk.
- Advised Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. in relation to the financing construction of 67.7 MWp portfolio of 36 PV installations, sponsored by a leading Lithuanian investor, Lords LB Asset Management.
