The Office of the President of Employment Tribunals has formed a working group to review and update the existing 2021 version of the pension loss compensation guidance.

As of October 2025, the group is actively seeking suggestions from practitioners on the guidance's content, structure, and presentation, indicating a new version will be published in due course. The previous version of 2021 is the current reference for employment tribunals and any new publication will supersede it.
