Energage names firm a Top Workplace in US

Norton Rose Fulbright has won a Top Workplaces USA Award from employee engagement firm Energage. The firm has received this national recognition from Energage in both its years of survey participation.
This recognition is based on the responses of approximately 1,000 of the firm's US personnel who participated in a third-party survey last summer.
The survey examined the firm's culture, benefits, leadership style, environment and other "culture drivers" that predict high performance against industry benchmarks. Responses to this survey were compared to other participating organizations across the US. The same survey results also were used last fall to name the Austin and Houston offices "Top Workplaces" in those respective regions.
Energage, which oversees the "Top Workplaces" program, has surveyed more than 20 million employees since its inception.
