Diane Dusserre is a corporate and project lawyer based in Paris.

Her practice focuses on corporate M&A, as well as on project in relation to the development, acquisition, construction and financing of multi-sourced energy projects in France and French-speaking sub-Saharan Africa.

Prior to joining the firm, Diane gained experience in other English law firms in Paris, including three years as an associate in energy and resources and a year as an associate in corporate and M&A.
