Norton Rose Fulbright advises PKO Bank Polski on financing PVE Group’s 54 MWp PV project portfolio in Poland

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised PKO Bank Polski on financing the construction of 54 MWp of PV projects by PVE Group, one of the leading players in the large-scale solar energy sector in Poland.
All the projects are being constructed by PVE Construction, a PVE Group company. This financing is a significant step in PVE Group’s transformation from a renewable energy developer to an independent power producer (IPP).
Norton Rose Fulbright advised on the negotiation of the finance documents and carried out legal due diligence on the projects.
The finance workstream was led by senior associate Igor Kondratowicz and included associate Izabela Kręgiel, and lawyer Dominika Wojtkowska. The legal due diligence workstream was led by counsel Cezary Zawiślak and included associates Martyna Orłowska and Aleksandra Szostak, as well as lawyers Nina Strzelczyk and Mikołaj Rydzewski.
The entire Norton Rose Fulbright team worked under the supervision of energy and project finance partner Tomasz Rogalski.
