Norton Rose Fulbright advises Trammell Crow Company on Commercial Development Project in the Rhine-Ruhr Region

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Trammell Crow Company (TCC) on the development of a speculative commercial project in the strategically important Rhine-Ruhr region. The leading commercial real estate developer is delivering the project in partnership with Cain International, an integrated investment firm with over USD 17 billion in assets under management.

The commercial and logistics development in Kerpen, west of Cologne, comprises two high-quality (Class A) buildings totaling 28,117 square meters. The new construction is being built on a 46,202 square meter site and has been designed to meet the latest user requirements and sustainability standards. Both buildings are targeting a BREEAM certification with an “Excellent” rating.

The area around Kerpener Hüttenstraße is an established commercial and industrial hub, home to both global corporations and innovative mid-sized enterprises. The site benefits from excellent access to public transportation. Construction began in March 2025, with full completion expected in the first quarter of 2026. CBRE is acting as the exclusive leasing agent.
