Infralogic: JLC Infrastructure acquires MasParc

Infralogic shared details of JLC Infrastructure’s acquisition of MasParc and Mobility LLC, the exclusive operator of the parking system at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. We served as legal advisor for JLC Infrastructure, an investor and asset management firm specializing in infrastructure investments.

Our deal team was led by Debra Gatison Hatter and Jake Falk.
