Rebecca Wood

Business and Legal Operations Graduate

About me

I joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a Business and Legal Operations Graduate in the August 2025 cohort, sitting in the Innovation, Design and Technology team (IDT) for my first rotation.

Throughout my studies the legal sector always interested me, and post-graduation I looked for opportunities to get involved in work that would suit my background in Anthropology and its forward-thinking scope as a discipline. The BLOG scheme immediately stood out as a chance to gain hands-on experience in dynamic problem solving and collaborative work, and I’m excited to fully immerse myself in it.

From

Surrey, UK.

Fun fact

Last year, my friends (unsuccessfully) signed me up for the Great British Bake Off, but I still love baking and am currently attempting the perfect cinnamon roll.

Previously

Prior to joining the firm, I studied Anthropology at Durham University with a year abroad in Paris, which enabled me to develop a strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research.

Best part of the job

Joining such a supportive team that offers the ability to develop a variety of skills, regardless of previous experience, and getting involved in projects that are helping to change the legal sector every day.
