Jan Nowjalis

Jan Nowjalis is a corporate and M&A lawyer based in Warsaw. He has participated in numerous due diligence reviews of companies operating in various sectors.

His practice focuses on providing corporate services to companies as well as providing commercial and labour law support to various types of foreign and domestic investors in connection with their acquisitions. Jan also works on issues related to capital markets regulation.

Jan is an advocate trainee and a graduate of the Faculty of Law at University of Warsaw. He joined the firm in January 2021.

Advised MY Park, s. r. o. (MY Park), a retail property investor and developer, part of the Reticulum Group, on its successful acquisition of the A Centrum retail park portfolio from BHM Group.

Advised Aegon Growth Capital Fund on the sale of 44% share stake in Phinance.

Advised PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna on the €3 billion financing of the PGE part of the construction of the 1.5 GW Baltica 2 offshore wind farm located off the Polish coast in the Baltic Sea between Ustka and Choczewo.

Advised Velvet CARE on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Italian Paper and Private Label Tissue.
