The Money and Pensions Service has launched Pension Wise Digital, a new digital appointment service offering pensions guidance alongside its current telephone and face-to-face services.
The service is available to anyone over the age of 50 with a DC pension and can be accessed anytime, making it ideal for those who are unable to access appointments during working hours or who prefer digital support.
Testing of the digital service began in April 2024 and has consistently received high customer satisfaction ratings of 94 per cent.
