Susan Bisset is a corporate, mergers and acquisitions lawyer based in Johannesburg.  

She focuses on broad-based black economic empowerment (BEE) transactional and advisory work, fronting investigations and engagements with the BEE Commission.  She is also experienced in trust law, corporate governance, corporate restructuring and gambling regulatory work. She is developing experience in the BEE-related aspects of public procurement, including the South African renewable energy procurement programme.

Before joining the firm in 2019, Susan attended the University of the Witwatersrand, where she completed her Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Linguistics, followed by a Bachelor of Laws (all with distinction).
