Biography

Pier-Olivier Brodeur is a member of the litigation and disputes team in the Montréal office.

With a dual background in engineering and law, he is a versatile, forward-thinking and rigorous lawyer. His practice focuses primarily on commercial, civil, and regulatory law matters. This includes cases with particularly voluminous and/or specialized evidence. He has pleaded before the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal of Quebec.

During his university studies, He distinguished himself as a litigator in the 2019 Laskin Moot Court Competition, in Canadian administrative and constitutional law.
