Khodani is a Risk and Compliance Associate, as well as General Counsel at Norton Rose Fulbright South Africa Inc, based in Johannesburg.

Khodani completed her LLB at the Nelson Mandela University. 

Since joining the Compliance and General Counsel Team, Khodani has attained extensive knowledge in advising on legal risks, legal liabilities, compliance with various regulations, reporting obligations and corporate governance.

Khodani has experience conducting risk analyses for numerous international business transactions.  She also reviews multinational contracts, including but not limited to supplier and service level agreements. 

Being a part of the Compliance and General Counsel Team has provided her with valuable experience in providing hands-on legal advice and internal training to other departments within the firm.
