Anna Gunn is a corporate and commercial lawyer based in Calgary with a focus on energy and infrastructure.

Anna has experience with corporate governance and regulatory compliance, conducting due diligence and title review, and assisting with public and private M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and general corporate matters. She has assisted clients in North America, South America and the Middle East. 

Anna joined our Calgary office as a summer student in 2022 and completed her articles with us in 2024.
