Jessica Warwick is a litigator whose practice encompasses a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters. Ms. Warwick represents clients in contractual and commercial disputes, insurance matters, and professional liability claims. In addition, she provides regulatory advice for insurers and financial institutions. Ms. Warwick has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario.
Ms. Warwick's business ethics and anti-corruption practice includes assisting clients with internal investigations into alleged statutory violations and providing regulatory advice.
Ms. Warwick joined our Ottawa office as a summer student in 2015 and as an articling student in 2016.
While in law school, Ms. Warwick worked as a teaching assistant for legal research and writing courses. She also acted as the student editor for the Canadian Journal of Women and the Law from 2014-2016. Graduating summa cum laude, Ms. Warwick received several distinctions in recognition of her academic achievement and community involvement.
