Norton Rose Fulbright advises on financing for acquisition of Wola Center office complex in Warsaw

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. as a lender in connection with financing for acquisition of Wola Center office building in Warsaw, Poland by Hines European Value Fund from Develia. 

The Wola Center office complex offers over 34,000 sq. m. of leasable area in the central business district in Warsaw and comprises four class A office buildings.

The transaction was led by counsel Tomasz Rogalski and associate Igor Kondratowicz from the Warsaw banking and finance team of Norton Rose Fulbright, which is headed by partner Grzegorz Dyczkowski. Support was provided by associate Oskar Sula from the banking and finance team, associate Magdalena Olechniewicz and counsel Jan Wszołek from the real estate team and associate Maciej Dubiel from the tax team.
