Viene previsto l’obbligo a carico del datore di lavoro di comunicare, in via telematica al Ministero del Lavoro, i nominativi dei lavoratori che utilizzano il lavoro agile:

  • entro 5 giorni dalla data di effettivo inizio della prestazione di lavoro in modalità agile; oppure
  • entro i 5 giorni successivi alla data in cui si verifica l’evento modificativo della durata o della cessazione del periodo di lavoro svolto in modalità agile.
