Resolución 0294 de 2017
“Por la cual se establece el apoyo de sostenimiento de aprendices en la fase práctica para el año 2017 a que se refiere el artículo 30 de la Ley 789 de 2002 y el artículo 2.2.6.3.33 del Decreto 1072 de 2015 - Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo del Trabajo”
Para el año 2017, el apoyo de sostenimiento de aprendices durante la fase práctica, será del cien por ciento (100%) del salario mínimo mensual legal vigente, establecido mediante el Decreto 2209 de 2016 y equivalente a setecientos treinta y siete mil setecientos diecisiete pesos colombianos ($737.717).
Lo anterior, teniendo en cuenta que la tasa de desempleo nacional promedio entre el 1 de enero y el 31 de diciembre de 2016 fue menor al diez por ciento (10%), específicamente el nueve punto dos por ciento (9.2%), y en concordancia con lo establecido en el inciso 5 del artículo 30 de la Ley 789 de 20021, respecto a la fijación del apoyo de sostenimiento.
En este sentido, el apoyo de sostenimiento durante la fase lectiva será del cincuenta (50%) de un salario mínimo mensual legal vigente, equivalente a trescientos sesenta y ocho mil ochocientos cincuenta y nueve pesos colombianos ($368.859).
1El apoyo de sostenimiento durante la fase práctica será diferente cuando la tasa de desempleo nacional sea menor del diez por ciento (10%), caso en el cual será equivalente al ciento por ciento (100%) de un salario mínimo legal vigente.
