Expiration of corporate obligations

In order to keep our clients informed, we are pleased to remind you about the fulfillment of the following corporate obligations in the month of March.

Mercantile Registry Renewal

• Due date: March 31, 2018.
• Entity that verifies compliance: Chamber of Commerce of the domicile of the Company. 

Ordinary Shareholders Assembly Meeting

• Due date: March 31, 2018.
• Entity that verifies compliance: Superintendence of Companies.
• Scope of the obligation: Hold an ordinary meeting of the Shareholders Assembly to approve the management report, certified and audited end-of-year financial statements and the profit distribution project (if applicable). 

Filing of general purpose financial statements

• Due date: Within the month following to the approval of the financial statements
• Entity that verifies compliance: Chamber of Commerce of the domicile of the Company.
• Scope of the obligation: General purpose financial statements must be filed before the Chamber of Commerce or in some cases in the Superintendence of Companies with all its notes and opinions related to them.
