Biography
Mallary Preston is an associate in Norton Rose Fulbright's New York office, focusing her practice in public finance, including conduit and governmental transactions. Mallary has served as bank, bond and underwriter's counsel for tax-exempt and taxable bond issuances for municipalities, social services providers, senior living facilities, hospitals, affordable housing and educational facilities.
