Jack Pembroke-Birss is a commercial litigation and class actions partner based in Sydney, described by clients as providing "excellent, commercial advice that is aligned to their outcomes."

Jack's experience spans large and complex commercial disputes, class actions, regulatory investigations, property and commercial leasing disputes, defamation, shareholder and joint venture disputes, and complex personal injury matters.

Jack's strong technical approach to the law is demonstrated by his appointment as an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at The University of Sydney Law School teaching in the areas of contract, commercial, property and consumer law, and as a Reporter for the Council of Law Reporting for New South Wales.
