What types of regulatory changes does Horizon Scanner track?  Horizon Scanner covers legislative changes, regulatory consultations, key speeches, and international standards. While case law isn't included, we can tailor monitoring to match your specific requirements.
What legal and regulatory topics do you monitor?    We can monitor all areas of law and jurisdictions that interest you. Pricing will vary based on the complexity and resources needed for monitoring. If you are interested in receiving updates on topics not mentioned, please get in touch.
How often are updates provided by Horizon Scanner?  Alerts are typically published to the platform within a month of the development becoming public. Additionally, we can customise the reporting frequency to your requirements. 
What are the general export options from the solution?   You can export a list of alerts or a single alert via email to other Horizon Scanner users, or as Word or PDF files. We also support exporting as an Excel spreadsheet. 
What sources do you monitor?  We monitor a wide range of regulators across jurisdictions. You can also request specific sources—if publicly available, we can usually add them within two weeks.
Can Horizon Scanner be customised to specific business needs?  Each alert will include an impact assessment, recommended actions, and a priority rating based on the industry, rather than individual businesses.  
Is there a trial period available for Horizon Scanner?  Yes. You can get one week of free access with sample alerts to test the platform. A three-month paid pilot is also available, with reduced scoping and setup fees.
What is the basis of this platform?  Horizon Scanner was developed using Microsoft Power Platform. Data is securely stored within Microsoft Dataverse. 
How does pricing work?   Our pricing structure is based on the specific topics, jurisdictions, and the frequency of reporting.  
What support is available for Horizon Scanner users?  Users get training, user guides, and a dedicated onboarding team for tailored support and regular check-ins. We also offer a feedback call at the end of the pilot phase.
