Norton Rose Fulbright advises Extendam in its joint venture with EXPERIMENTAL*

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Extendam, a leading private equity firm specializing in hospitality, on the establishment of a strategic partnership with Experimental*, a recognized figure in the luxury hotel industry.

This partnership consists of a joint venture set up to launch the FPCI Experimental Hotels Collection, managed by Extendam. This new entity is aimed at building a portfolio of luxury hotels operated by Experimental* in France and several other European countries. The joint venture has just acquired its first asset, the 5-star Infante Sagres hotel in Porto.
