Caroline is a competition lawyer based in London. She has 15 years of experience in advising companies on all aspects of UK and EU competition law, including restrictive agreements, abuse of dominance, merger control and state aid.

Her experience includes high-profile cartel investigations and litigation, and she regularly advises clients on merger notifications in the UK and EU, as well as co-ordinating notifications in other jurisdictions. Caroline has also advised on a number of major UK market investigations and has a particular interest in state aid. In 2016, Caroline spent eight months on secondment to BP's in-house competition team.
