James Parker

James Parker is a corporate lawyer based in London. He has considerable experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and corporate restructuring. James also leads the Regional Family Office Practice Group.

James qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2002. Having worked in London and Germany following qualification, he moved to Hong Kong in February 2010 and qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2012. After nearly 13 years practising in Hong Kong, James returned to London in January 2023.
